Tuesday Carlisle v Newport Saturday Bradford v Orient Cambridge v Cheltenham Colchester v Scunthorpe Exeter v Salford FGR v Northampton Grimsby v Carlisle Macclesfield v Walsall Mansfield v Crewe Morecambe v Plymouth Oldham v Swindon Port Vale v Crawley Stevenage v Newport Most teams move into their last 9 or 10 games this week, with just the Carlisle games having no bearing on the top or bottom positions. Swindon will want to get back top as they travel to Oldham, but Crewe will be hoping to pick up something at Mansfield. Plymouth could also go top if results favour them. Will Stevenage's dreadful run continue at the bottom?
It's a game we really should be winning. Colchester and Vale should win, tough one for Northampton at FGR. IF we don't win this I think I will have completely given up...
Wary of our game. Morecambe are strong at home. Derek Adams with a point to prove- and regardless, he is a very good manager who will likely have a good game plan ready for us. Morecambe still needing a few more points to absolutely guarantee safety too. Looking at our remaining fixtures, seems like one of the tougher ones. I think I’d be pleased with anything we get from it.
****ing Carlisle and Newport. Just bummed me for £720. Only wanted another goal in the game you shit ****s
I always thought Carlisle had decent away support but they had very low numbers at Blundell Park today, poor turnout. Another week unbeaten for GTFC though and our defence is starting to look better as that’s now another Saturday without conceding, things are looking up.
Some dreadful attendances yesterday. We’re all tin pot. Season’s fixtures should be fulfilled by manager nob wrestling.
It really is a waste of time no doubt TB f*cked up again but won't explain what happened he never does the useless c*nt!
A bit sleepy over here though innit? Theres quite a few over there who seem thoroughly decent. Even some of the crewe fans! I will miss it. Always enjoyable to read the other sides views, without baiting and calling each other melts or whatever like Twitter seems to be.
The more that come across and post over here, the less 'sleepy' it will be and the more attractive it will appear to others and then hopefully a domino effect will occur. Admittedly that is going to be more difficult now there's no football to discuss but I really don't see what the appeal is of staying over at the other place when it goes down on a monthly basis. One things for sure, I know where my money would be if I had to bet on which forum will still be around in 10 years time
I would also add that normally it would be recommended that you all use the L2 chat thread for 'minor' discussions but for now I'd be suggesting that a new thread is started for everything (not sure if mods/admin would agree but eh ho) as I think that will look more attractive than just the long list of Survivor and Prediction League threads we currently have
It's true. We're actually forced to talk to Premiershi* "fans" and supporters of once great Midlands clubs just to pass the time. Hell they've even had me listening to music that's less than 10 years old. To think I used to get fed up of the Cumbrian moaners and their pet convict.
I agree. I think we probably need a Poor Relations' Sanctuary thread for all those strays and waifs from the other place and us lower league saddos to dwell on our problems.
