It was a joy watching Moore in our run in towards promotion a couple years ago, he's a monster at this level with service into the box from wide. It just doesn't work in the PL, he's not allowed to be as physical with precious defenders and our wide men don't get much change out of PL full backs. I hope it comes off, I'd be happy for us to get someone better suited to the PL and send Moore somewhere he can be more useful - he deserves to be playing and scoring goals. We just have no-one else as backup right now.
Apparently Unal is now having a medical in Madrid ahead of the move Agreed, at this level he's always looked class (Except from when he first joined us). With our wide players, we will be putting a lot of balls into the box I'm sure. His hold up play will also be great. However, people seem to be concerned about his lack of pressing ability.
Moore still strongly linked with us at Sunderland as well, so it’ll be interesting to see where he ends up.
Romaine Mundle signing from Standard Liege and Callum Styles from Barnsley are the moves it seems like are definitely happening today. It’ll be interesting to see if we get a striker through the door and if there’ll be any further departures.
