Wouldn't have been reaction if Klopp never got triggered by equaliser walked over to Salah and ranted something in his ear. I prefer Klopp to Salah as well but I am still able to look at this incident objectively.
They'll probs win first 5 games, we lose all ours, they'll be leading 3-0 at half time in their final game, only to lose 4-3 Dunno, I didnt hear anything and yeah, officiating in this league is at an alltime low.
Just another piss poor refereeing performance. Said earlier, wish the hell Gakpo would have just put the ball in the back of the net. The cheating Manc would have had some explaining to do there, even if he did blow his whistle when he saw Gakpo approaching the ball...he had not blown for a free kick and clearly signalled play on More annoying was then Taylor encourages the goalie to waste time and call the trainer on, to cover his arse.
Not sure what’s happened between Salah and Klopp there but Salah has seemed uninterested for weeks. Something is definitely not right behind the scenes. I’d be shocked if Mo was still here in August.
In hindsight comment was made in fit of rage, as I was watching two of my teams performing terribly at the same moment (One, which is having a terrible season in IPL, lost again & the other put in the usual insipid performance and threw away points again, after what has been a bad few weeks).
Liverpool's 2nd goal must be a contender for goal of the season The accuracy to shoot and hit 3 West Ham players to score is something of an Art Form How is that given as an Areola OG ?
Yeah thought it was harsh on the goalie, surely it should be the biggest/main/initial deflection which was off Ogbonna I think? The other two after that were cases of cant do anything about that.
The fact we got any response out of the players at ht is cause for hope. The fact salah would shut his mouth and just get on with it just shows where some players heads are at. Pre announcement there's no chance thst happens.
When it's an own goal like that I think it's always given to whichever player on the defending team touches the ball last. From memory it may have been going away from goal when it hit Areola as well, although that's irrelevant in this case. He was the last West Ham player to touch it so it's his own goal. Harsh but them's the rules.
