The telegraph has indicated that Sam has declined a new 2 year deal and who can fckin blame him! It looks like our targets have all blown us out and now we are in a sticky situation just a year before the big move when stability is key. The chairman have stayed silent for months now regards the managers position, didn't back him in jan with another striker and over ruled our signing of fletcher. Both have been dreadful decisions with injuries to carroll/sakho and songs remarkable loss of form. The big man haa now told us to fck off. Typical West Ham, shambles!

Considering we've only won twice in the last three months, maybe Allardyce feels it's time to move on? I'm not convinced he knows how to turn our slump around. Slaven Bilic, maybe?

I think he could be a good manager for us. He's intelligent, speaks tie lingo and knows what is required due to his time over here. I'd be happy with him but is he prepared to give up challenging for trophies and CL football for a mid table prem team with a relatively small budget. And with that small budget he will have to buy a right back, reserve keeper and centre mid and that is before we can look to strengthen the team/squad. I think this is where smw of fans have lost the plot, we are not nearly as attractive a proposition as some of our fans think we are

Or have half as much money as most of them seem to think we have.

Sacking Allardyce because the fans hate this style of football, then hiring AVB would be top banter from Sullivan and Gold.

It's all about perception and much of the issue with sam is many of our fans would never accept him due to his reputation and style of play! David moyes was the top target and many of the sam haters seem accepting of this, yet he has the exact same approach and philosophy. So if Sams style is the issue, why would we go for moyes? It just shows that much of the issue with sam is personal and not down to performance or many of our fans are laughably fckin clueless

Until we are in the OS and have further investment we are not the attractive draw some think. Many seem to think being London based is enough? Reality is our future manager won't be picking his next job based on where he wants to live?? Personally Id have sam for 2 more years and then probably change! We are far more likely to get the manager we want then but modern football fans want everything now, even though it could be detrimental to the club. We'll have to wait and see what happens

I just hope this all works out for you guys..

Last thing you want is relegation when moving into the Olympic Stadium!

TBH Whoever is the manager you should be good enough to stay up...

I don't think were are in a position to not worry about relegation yet especially as our season will possibly start in 6 weeks in the Europa league. I just hope we make the right appointment that keeps everyone happy as the last 2 years have not been in anyway enjoyable with all the bitching between our fans.

Hoping West Ham get relegated next season. Allardyce did wonders for them yet they boo him off at every chance.

So going three wins over twenty games- our only wins being home wins against Burnley, Hull and Sunderland was fantastic coaching that we should be delighted to have?

Knowing Sullivan and Gold they'll go for the cheapest option. Hasn't Curbishley's name been banded around yet? he seems to get a mention every time a London club are looking for a gaffer..

I agree 100% but he won't get any credit from a section of our fans and sadly many will boo him. Beleive it or not it has been the minority against him, it's just the whinging twats shout a lot louder. Even his supporters know its time he left, the clubs fans have been fighting over this issue for the past 2 seasons so his position has become untenable! The sad thing is he'll be booed by many when he brings his next team back to ours

I'd have to laugh if we did get relegated next season

Only our fans judge a manager on a set period of games rather than the whole season. Our season fell apart in janauar imo when we didn't sign adebayor, sam got over rules on fletcher and sullivan signed nene instead. The writing was on the wall back then and I think he knew he was going at the end of the season. That didn't help!
