Bought the Hitman bundle on the PS store a couple of weeks ago where you get all 3 games. Hadn’t played Hitman in years and years so was great to play these 3 which I’ve not been on before. Ended up finishing all 3 games yesterday, but with the variety of how you can play the game I’m going to redo the missions a few times over I think and take out the targets in more creative ways.
i know on one of the newer Hitmans every time you completed a mission a new objective was unlocked for replayability
Yes mate it’s quality. Going back and redoing the game now trying to complete as many side objectives as I can.
@RedDevilsShinja have you ever played sifu. It’s probably the closest I’ve found to sekiros combat with a posture bar, blocks, parries and dodges but it’s all kung fu and random weapons and massively underrated. I’d say the combat system in this is as good as sekiros (more complex though) and its equally as tough until it’s starts clicking. Combat is quick and flows really well, and learning some of the boss/mini boss fight patterns is essential.
It’s an indie title released by sloclap. It came out the same time as Elden ring and HFW so didn’t have a huge buzz around it. It’s a rogue beat em up so not really my type of game in general, but the combat in it is on par with Sekiro when it all starts to click. I’ve just beat the game age 22 (which is pretty good) and feel like a kung fu god at the moment. It challenging. The developers released a patch soon after release to add an easy and a master level. The games original level (disciple) was just too tough for most players. I’ve just started a run on master and the bosses have new moves so it keeps it challenging. I picked it up for about 15 quid. If you like the combat in Sekiro, you’ll probably like this game dude. It’s all about dodge, parry and quick reactions
I have been playing a game called Crimsonland. It is a fairly simple top down shooter you have to survive waves of enemies, but I have really enjoyed it.
generation zero. sort of like day z/state of decay, but instead of zombies, sweden has been invaded by an assortment of robots and you survive by scavenging what you can and linking up with a few npc survivors to figure out what happened. not bad so far, but i don't like having to start from the last safe house every time i turn the game back on.
I've restarted GTA V on the Series X, seems like there's more content in the story that there originally was? Either way, finding myself going back to trusty ol' Rockstar for an immersive gaming experience lately, everything else is just really boring.
Playing Elden Ring atm not what I was expecting thought it would be more adventure based but feels like loads of combat.
Yeah the fromsoft games are built around their combat. You are rewarded for exploring though, usually stumble onto something.
Its got a possible 168 boss fights mate. It’s all about combat, with some adventure/exploration thrown in. It’s like the polar opposite to Zelda
I started playing Red Dead Redemption 2 for the first time recently, finding it oddly relaxing to play. Ignoring the story for the most part admittedly and just exploring the map and hunting.
both great games but I’d have to go with the second one dude. The story was fantastic and I loved the way it linked in to the first game after you finish it. The end of the main story was genuinely heartbreaking for me.
Got myself back into Rocket League again and can't stop playing. Always want that 1 more game. Hadn't played for a couple years before starting again last week. Amazed at how quickly I've picked it up again.
Pisses me off that game played with my nephew over Christmas who's 6 and he could do all fancy shit and battered me everytime
