The road out of my village. Its on the border with Doncaster and Barnsley and have argued for years who owns it. Barnsley finally agreed to resurface it. That was about 12 months ago - just as I got my new car loose chippings everywhere. 12 months later, there doing it again the surface course has been warn off already because they didn't do it right
I'd try and avoid it in the next few weeks, they're laying pipes around there, I'd go via the A6 and Hope Valley
defenetly dont try it if your heading over at any time this week, the pipe laying has caused major delay, my mate works in Hyde, it took him 1 hour 30 minutes to get home from work this week, thats 5 miles away. I'm stranded atm, cant get a train because of rail replacement busses, cant get a car because it would take all day getting through Mottram, is this what we should expect in one of the worlds leading countries?
