Apologies your majesty. It's been fixed. This looks to be one for the career mode players. Big changes in career mode. Create a club and apparently a lot of features added to 'Become a Pro'
You start with a small club in career mode to get more game time, then when you are a lot better you ask for a transfer request, you get rejected, so you try 5 more times until finally they accept. Then you have to wait 4-5 transfer windows before someone puts an offer in for you. Since there are no contract expiration dates (at least in 20 ) you're stuck. I went with Bolton. Was stuck playing a formation I hated. Got them promoted but was fed up of the team. Couldn't get a transfer but did manage to get a loan to Norwich. Won Championship and FA Cup with them. Bolton got relegated without me so now I am stuck back in League One rated in the 80's and no-one wants to buy me. I can't be arsed playing another season with them so I have just stopped playing all together.
Yeah, this issue bugs me as well. I think based on my experience its down to two reasons. 1. You play in a position that isn't recognised in some clubs because they play a different formation. So if you are a CAM, clubs that play 433 or 442 won't be putting in offers for you. I tried finding a club throughout the summer and kept resaving until someone finally put in a bid (after like the 17th try). It as Atletico Madrid. I transferred and I never played, inspite being 87 rated. I was a CAM and they play a 442, so there was a bug that wouldn't allow me to play. It's ridiculous how they still haven't fixed it as its been a problem since FIFA 14. 2. You're too expensive and no one can afford you.
I stayed at Sampdoria being 91 rated, with a value of 180 million, and no one could buy me. FUT trailer.
I get this for my kids every year but the career mode improvement makes me think I am going to have a go. Otherwise i normally only jump on pro clubs with the boys from the football team.
Yep, just starting a game now. There’s a full set of teams to choose from which is good, normally beta’s you’re limited to a handful.
