anyone else getting lag during matches? every now and then during a match, everything just slows, like it's buffering or something.
I was holding off on responding to this because frankly my packs tend to be mostly disappointing. The best packed players I had in my team up until today De Gea, Telles, Allan, and Rudiger - I did pack Kane but he's sat on the bench. My luck changed a little today though, and while I can't get close to your Ginola I did pack base Larsson from my Div 3 untradeable rewards. Not a player I would have bought, but since he can't be sold I may as well use him, and he is the first Icon I've ever packed (apart from when there have been guaranteed Icon packs, which don't count!)
How is this version of the game then? Has it become any more realistic or is it still a skill-fest designed to extract money out of kids trying to get players with high dribbling, pace and agility?
Nah, I don’t think that’s true. One style is definitely more prevalent but I’m having relative success playing a short passing game, rarely sprinting and rarely using any skill moves - the odd ball roll here and there, but nothing like the meta skill chaining you see. I’m one win off D2 which for sure isn’t exactly world beating, but I’m not trying to be a FIFA God here, so it’s good enough for me. Ridiculous What packs did you get him in?
1st time was a reward for the ‘Teams’ thing under objectives. Can’t remember what the pack type was. 2nd time was the ‘Premium gold players pack’ for reaching level 20 of the season. I’m div 4 which I’m happy with. Playing FUT Champions is a totally different level though compared to Rivals. Conceded 7 in about 3 games running.
I still haven’t qualified for the finals so far this year - the qualifiers are the stuff of nightmares My last qualifier - despite dominating the 120 minutes, of course he wins on penalties
Well well well, I finally got a big pull - mid Eto’o, and he’s tradable. I had fully intended to play a couple of games with him to prove to myself he wasn’t worth the 1.8m coins I’d get from selling him. Except, it turns out he totally is and won’t be going anywhere.
Have barely touched it this year due to working a lot but enjoying it atm had a few decent pulls today Ederson & Aguero could do with a big pull though.
First FIFA/UT I’ve got in to since FIFA18. Not got any massive pulls but a lot of relatively decent ones; Kante & Varane x2 all tradeable and Diaby Rulebreaker, Sancho, Marquinhos & the entire Juve defence untradeable. Not a great deal of help when I use a Prem squad My main gripe is absolutely everyone playing with their defence on drop back. I’m in Div4 and I don’t think I’ll get much higher unless I start playing in too sadly.
I’m in Div 2 now and all of a sudden come across so many people playing with Ben Yedder and Fekir, both so OP. Edit - Eto’o is a great card, nice one! @TAFKAP
