January window is looming and I hear we might be open to doing some business. Nathan Redmond, being mentioned as a possible loan transfer with the option to buy. I love Redmond and would welcome him back but only if the deal makes sense. He’s on £35k at Burnley and I’m hearing they would be willing to scrap the transfer fee if we took on all the wages.

I've just read that there are some rumours that Joy Seppala (SISU) are sniffing around Cheltenham, @Si Robin ? I'm sure it's nonsense but if it's not, do whatever you can to make her well aware she/they are not welcome.
Definitely not nonsense, but it's far too early to assume anything at the moment. The real concern are the fans who only see £ signs (she's worth £2.3bn) and ignore everything that happened at Coventry after their takeover. I'm recording a podcast tomorrow night and I think it's too early to discuss things - also I need to get as much info as possible on their ownership. From what I can gather the biggest issue was always over the stadium and the lease/ownership of it. I don't know of any other issues, but assume there were a lot. EDIT: We're also League 2 now

Malik Mothersille who along with Archie Collins & Harley Mills have all been offered contracts as entering final 12 months of existing one & if don't sign a new one will be up for sale in summer & rumour has it Mothersille who wasn't in squad today was out on the town last night . Posh have also offered Sam Hughes & Tayo Edun contracts if Stockport want to sell .
Town fans, what's Matty Pearson like these days? We were tentatively linked with him years ago when he left Accy but never made the move. Seems to be gathering rumours he's on his way to us. Believe he and his family are City fans.
Ryan Sweeney from Burton we seem to be in for which is an odd one, he’s done well at Dundee and Burton since leaving us but I doubt he improves our starting 11. Plus from his perspective he will be leaving Burton where he is club captain to potentially become a squad player. also Liam Roberts at Millwall, and a striker from QPR.
Be amazed if Sweeney goes but you never know. Someone I know bumped into him and he said he’s happy and settled and kids at a local school, but money talks and all that.
Well none of that would affect his decision with us being so close, but in regards of standing in the side that would take a hit at Mansfield in comparison to his role with Burton.
Late reply, seen talk of him going to you for a while now, keighley lad. He will be the slowest player on your books but on his day is a decent league one defender, crap on the ball but proper old school warrior, strong in the tackle, good in the air etc, exactly as Luton described to us.
