The problem I have with taking Bowen is who do we leave behind, because Saka, Foden, Rashford are all definitely going. That leaves probably 2 spots for one of Palmer, Grealish, Gordon and Bowen.

Would I want to take Bowen over Grealish and Palmer? Probably not.

Hopefully Bellingham is getting these misses out of his system when it doesn't matter.

The way things are going I'd be taking him over Grealish, who seems to break down every time he plays. Would much rather a fully fit and in-form Bowen personally.

Oh yeah I agree 100%, if Grealish isn't back and proven 100% fit then Bowen every time, but a fit Grealish has to go imo

Trippier in horrific form though. Alfie Doughty should get a go.

I agree, leave Walker, Foden and Stones at home as well.

Bellingham delays the pass a little too long for my liking. I get the sense he's trying to do it all himself.

It's been alright apart from the defensive mistakes. But haven't we heard this all before over the years?

Stuff to be positive about but definitely enough to cause concern. And two consecutive defeats is never good friendly or not.

He can double up as a third choice striker too if an emergency needs it.

It almost seems like he's pissed off his England teammates aren't on the same wavelength his Madrid ones are.

As good as Bellingham and Foden are, they can both be incredibly frustrating at key moments
