Another Lookman goal saw Nigeria through to the semis & they'll play the winners of Saturday's BBC 3 live match Cape Verde v South Africa . DR Congo easily beat Guinea 3-1 , a couple of pens for either side & a freak free kick / dodgy keeping . Pleased for Posh legend & co commentator Gaby Zakuani who remained quite neutral & they'll face either Mali or Ivory Coast in the other semi .

Even after missing a penalty & then going 1-0 up Mali somehow managed to lose to Ivory Coast who were down to 10 men & then nearly last kick off extra time grabbed the winner & player got 2nd yellow for celebrations so ended up going through with 9 men . Cape Verde v South Africa on now , very sparse crowd albeit Mama Joy is there , as always .
The ivory coast run is insane. If it were a TV show I'd have stopped watching by now because all the drama would have felt way too unrealistic
