    Very liekley imo.

Probbaly start with Griffiths who gets hooked at half time due to injury and finish with Forest upfront. Our injury luck with those three has been terrible.

It was clear last week that they weren’t a good team as we created a good few chances and dominated most of the game on their home patch.

Had we done our business properly and invested in a right back and centre half then we would be playing tonight.

We also had enough last week Ceaser to beat them but lost stupid goals, we lost stupid goals with Denayer and Van Djik at centre back.

Their first goal came from Ntcham and McGregor ball watching. . . .anyway it's gone now and we need to improve in the areas you've highlighted.

Brendans interview after the game showed a real frustration with the team I don't think I have really seen before, claimed they were playing their own game which they are not good enough to do so.

I think he is scunnered at the moment and the team aren’t helping his mood.

If we don’t beat Hamilton on Sunday convincingly I think the fans will start to be a lot more vocal too.

We simply need a good convincing win with all parts of the team functioning properly.

Great cross by Johnston whos featured well so far, which left keeper uncertain who to challenge McGregor or Ntcham.

Defence starts at the very back. Gordon was rooted to the turf when FK was taken, the curl of which favoured Gordon, he shouldve expected the ball at the far post. Made amends later but if he wants to be No.1 fulltime he has to do better consistently.

Ajer the only fit CB for Sunday.

There must be a player in our u20s we could give an opportunity too instead of moving Lustig in there.

Just shows how poorly prepared we have been, defensively.

Over the last few weeks I’ve spent an unhealthy amount of time looking at/for Celtic transfer rumours on the net.

    It’s starting to depress me.

Paraphrasing your words 'So a team who isnt so good [AEK] defeated Celtic who "created a good few chances and dominated most of the game"?'
"Good few chances"- Celtic didnt even score- those chances shouldve been finished off & Celtic on its way to the next level.
Theyre 'professional players', being paid better wages than by any of Celtic's rival clubs. Ball watching is only part of it.

Taking onboard Rodgers recent comments of looking for "quality", as well as both Rodgers' & Gordons comments claiming the players were "playing for themselves", there must be a few nervous Nellies in the existing who he's unhappy with their performances:
Brendan Rodgers targeting up to four new Celtic signings before transfer window closes next Friday

As soon as I see us linked with anyone, within half an hour I know everything about them bar their insurance number.

Most players we are linked with now see to be fan suggestions that grow arms and legs on twitter and the media pick it up as a trabsfer rumor.

I honestly don't know what the club is playing at but I think questions will be asked if it stays like this to the end of the window.

Surely the club want the EL games sold out... I will go regardless if I'm not working but a lot of fans will feel let down and forking out an extra £100 for three games might not be at the top of their priorities and you can't blame them.

I can and it really does my nut in how fans can walk at the first sign of trouble, we are just off the back of a historic double treble and they aren't supporters in my book, simply fans who are here for the ride during the good times.

On the point of centre backs there are many people to blame from the board to the manager, regardless of all that though it must be resolved.

It's not hard to understand mate, we dominated the two games (more so the home game where we were totally dominant) but we didn't win the tie, that's football. Having watched AEK three times now there is not an ounce of doubt AEK are not that good a football team. . . .I fail to see what's so hard for you to understand?

It’s incredile how in the space of a month or so the mood has changed.

From being in a position where many (wrongly in my opinion) had us winning the title as a formality and freely talking about who would get second place to being concerned about winning it at all.

There are many times in the past where we have been our own worst enemies, but I think this would top the lot for me if we failed to address the blatantly obvious flaws and in turn failed to win the title.

As you say....what are we playing at.

So when we beat Barcelona we were a better team than them?

And please don't say we were on the day before you look at the stats for that game.

With any sport at the top tier, consistency is whats expected of teams & players alike.
Dominating as in possession should lead to goalscoring chances. Provided it does, the players are being paid to finish the job & score.

Celtic's long term trend last season has been downward in scoring goals. I pointed out that earlier this year there were 6 local games Celtic didnt even score.
As for the current defence atm, your mates have already said it all. However, if Celtic's midfield lift their work rate (in attack AND in Defence) then you wouldnt be conceding such fundamentally simple goals.
