    Saw he liked a post saying it was confirmed so that looks done.

    In terms of the rest of the time this window, I’m more confident that Hazard stays. I think Courtois will be official once we have a replacement keeper officially in.

    If Barcelona really want to offer in excess of £50M for Willian I’d take it. Not sure who would be a replacement, but it would be hard to turn down.

    I don’t want to see Morata go. I think he deserved a second season, he’s young, and he could flourish with Sarri. It would go totally against the club’s logic to now replace him with a 31 year old Higuain who has put up decreasing goals year by year.

    If we end the window with...

    Martial/Higuain
    Bailey/Pulisic/Zaha
    Golovin
    Rugani
    New GK

    I'd be happy

    I hope by “New GK” you didn’t mean Rob Green

    Bakayoko continues to get criticized by Gattuso. Looks like he won't be moving on the option to buy. :laugh:

    Eden Hazard torn between Chelsea deal and 'dream' Real Madrid move

    24 minutes ago | Chelsea

    Eden Hazard says he is torn between signing a new deal at Stamford Bridge and a "dream" move to Real Madrid.

    The Belgium forward has two years remaining on his contract with the Blues, but was linked with a move to the European champions in the summer.

    Hazard has scored seven times in the Premier League already this season.

    "I don't want to say, 'yes, I am signing a new contract' and then in the end I don't end up signing," the 27-year-old told the media.

    "I want what's good for me, but I want what's good for the club because the club has given me everything.

    "So I will see. Sometimes in my head, I wake up in the morning and think I want to go. Sometimes I think I want to stay.

    "It is a hard decision. It is my future."

    Hazard scored the opener as Chelsea beat Southampton 3-0 on Sunday to maintain their unbeaten start to the season.

    The forward believes he has potentially one more big transfer before retirement, describing Spanish giants Real as the "best club in the world".

    "That's why I spoke after the World Cup and I said that I think it is time to change because I played a great World Cup," added Hazard, who said in July that "it might be time to discover something different" after six years at Stamford Bridge.

    "I am playing good football at the moment.

    "Real Madrid are the best club in the world. I don't want to lie today. It is my dream since I was a kid. I was dreaming about this club.

    "We will see. I don't want to talk about this every day, I don't have time. But we will talk about my future soon."

    Hazard stays or leaves nothing changes Chelsea will continue to be the most dominant English team of the 21st century though expect tough competition from ambitious City.

    I agree we need a striker desperately but we aren’t getting on this January. The team is better when Giroud starts, he should be the top option going forward in every match.

    We can only spend about 80m FFP rules. You can only spend what you have after paying your accounts

    It was relatively easy opponents but hopefully we can kickoff afresh again, Sarri needs to stop behaving like a stubborn child, if it's not working you must make changes.

    Higuains first goal was excellent 2nd one was going just wide but the deflection sent it in, his also playing too far back that's why when a cross comes in there's noone there.

    Looks like Kai Havertz is definitely on his way. He doesn't look that strong, and isn't lightning fast. Is there a possibility he will be another Oscar? The PL is a lot quicker and more physical that the German league.

    Kante looks like he's past his best now, and would be better off in an easier league. Will the team become lightweight in terms of tough tackling midfielders?

    Havertz is fast I thought?

    Edit. Who are the ten fastest players in the Bundesliga?

    kante needs a break...... his body needs a rest. The amount of work he puts in it’s going to catch up with him.

    IMO

    Latest ins and outs:

    Outs:

    Emerson Palmieri;
    Andreas Chrstensen;
    Michy Batshuayi;
    Kepa.
    Currently on loan: Davide Zappacosta, Tiemoue Bakayoko, Danny Drinkwater and others.

    On their way out, longer term:
    Tammy Abraham;
    Kante or Jorghino;
    Alonso?
    Ross Barkley?
    Callum Hudson Odoi?

    Ins:

    Jose Gimenez (a rock at the back);
    A world class left back. No more than £55 million plus add ons for Ben Chilwell. Other options are: Nicolas Tagliafico, Alex Telles, Christian Gunter and Sergio Reguilon;
    Kai Havertz;
    A world class keeper. Many options;
    Said Benrahma? Looks like he's prepared to take a few risks and create something, and I'm not sure Hudosn Odoi has the mindset to do that, although he is still young.
