How many lessons did you have before passing your test?

How many tests did you have?

Which maneuver was your best and which was your worst?

I think it was about 40.

Passed first time on the theory and practical :D

Turn in the road was my best and Parallel park was the worst, fortunately it didn't come up on my test!

    4 long lessons, 1 test.

My dad was a driving instructor so failure wasn't an option. I'd had a motorbike for a while so was used to the roads, which is a big help.

    Err..
Think it was 30-40, passed 1st attempt on theory passed on my 3rd attempt on practical although it was my 2nd test (the 2nd was cancelled as they examiners were "playing to rule" as part of a strike). Passed with 3 minors :)
    Bay Park was me best

My dad always used to say it was one 1 hour lesson per year of your life on average, so I don't know how old you lot are . . . :eeek

Ha. I've had 11 so far.

Lessons are £19 each, but if you pay for a bundle of 10 (£190) you get 1 free, hence i've had 11.

Got one tomorrow and will be buying another set of 11. I'm hoping I might be done after these 11 as I did all my maneuvers quite a few lessons ago and i've been doing really well and i'm confident with everything.

Alot of my friends are starting to pass tests now, or are booking them .. one passed this morning!

Had around 22 lessons. Passed theory 2nd time and passed practical first time - I was shaking like a leaf near the end of the practical.

Quite expensive for lessons these days.

I think the test is around £100 now.

Tets are £58, but a lesson before hand and renting the car hour and hour hikes it up to £100, it's a feckin joke. Personally i've failed twice, on lack of concentration both times. My last one i got only 3 minors, and 1 major, fecckkkit

Think I had 12 and passed first time.

£10 a lesson then. God knows how much they are now?

It was £15 a lesson for me because I used my own car which made it slightly cheaper.

And I had 20 lessons with my instructor but I used to drive around with my Dad quite alot which helped massively.

How many lessons? 12. This low number was mainly due to me driving around on my moped for 18 months which I think give me excellent road sense, and I did hours of practice with my dad on private land and that was in a much bigger car.

How many tests did you have? 1 although I had 2 theory's.

Which maneuver was your best and which was your worst? Hill start was easy, Emergency stop was the hardest due to my natural reactions telling me to press both brake and Clutch at the same time

I've had about 21 hours of lessons, but I broke my leg after 15 so had to start over really a good year later.

    About 40 lessons.

Passed on the 5th test (was ready to give up if I failed that).

Best manoeuvre has to to turn in the road and worst manoeuvre the reverse around a corner.
