Funny how when ten Hag clashed with Sancho so many were willing to side with him and support Sancho being iced out the squad and publicly criticised.

It's clear the manager has poor man management skills. No clue why you'd open a rift with one of the few players who has kept United's season on some sort of track.

Blaming Garnacho for the right side being porous is disgusting when he insists on playing St Marcus of Rashford on the other side, who doesn't track back or support his fullback - ever. Ten Hag's been hooking Garnacho for a few games now, the man's a fraud when it comes to rubbish about giving youngsters a chance.

I got shot down for siding with Sancho and calling ETH a bully. Now even the most ardent United fans on here know the exact type of bloke he is. Get rid of him and bring Southgate in. (Unless United fans don't want him either).

Good manager, dunno how he'd cope in the pressure cooker that is United but he can't be worse than the current clown as at least he knows how to set up a defence.

It would feel a bit knee jerk. He's having a decent season, but this shabby, ill managed shambles of a United side have beaten Villa home and away this season.

If the kid needs a touch of discipline then fine, that's the manager's job. I don't agree with ten Hag's view that Garnacho was in any way at fault for United's pathetic display at the weekend, but even so he has to be mature enough to accept the manager's decisions.

That said, if we're really at the stage where the club and/or the manager are monitoring the players' activities on social media to the extent of checking what they've 'liked' it seems a pretty poor organisation all round. Players don't generally act pleased when they've been hooked, it'd be worrying if they did.

are people really accusing ten hag of throwing garnacho under the bus? ffs. garnacho was ill this week, didn't train as much, but wanted to play so he was given a chance. ten hag said he clearly lacked energy as a result and we needed to make a change.

Garnacho himself liked tweets criticising the manager for throwing him under the bus...

He'll probably deny like when Willian said it was his daughter who covered Conte with trophy emoji's during his FA Cup win post.

According to L’Équipe, a deal for Zinedine Zidane to become the next manager of Bayern Munich from next season faces hurdles before it can be agreed, with one of the biggest problems facing the Bundesliga giants being that the Frenchman would prefer a move to Manchester United.

The paper has confirmed the earlier reports that a deal between Zidane and Bayern is close, but while the German team are extremely keen on the prospect, the three-time Champions League-winning manager with Real Madrid holds some reservations about the prospect.

He respects that Bayern would provide him with the chance to win titles immediately, but is thought to find the German language and life in Bavaria to be a major obstacle, with L’Équipe reporting that he is instead closely monitoring the situation at Manchester United.

Manchester United an admirer of Zinedine Zidane
INEOS have already been shown to be keen in the prospect of Zidane becoming the face of a new era at the English club, and while he also cannot speak the language, he currently has a better grasp of understanding it than German.

Welcome to the world of modern day football. Outside of Arsenal, I can't think of any top team this year that has had their favorite XI healthy for more than a few games at a time.

It seems pretty wild to me to complain about injuries over such a long timeframe? It also doesn't really make sense.

If you get hit with a plague of injuries in a short time frame then it's fair to point to it, but how over 18 months are you not able to have enough footballers available you feel you can rely on?
