Except I literally typed that I'm not a fan of his.

You just seem to see anything any player does against him as a form of jealousy.

Pietreczko's outburst last week - that was jealousy. MVG hitting a 144 as a joke in a game he'd already lost (because it is a glorified exhibition) wasn't.

EDIT - There was no need for the personal dig, even if @Arkwright didn't see it - apologies.

Van Gerwen for me on the natural talent front. Apparently didn’t pick up a dart until he was 13 whereas Littler spent all his childhood playing.

Four years later and he’s hitting 9 darters and winning BDO majors. He was a prodigy.

Van Gerwen probably has more room to get away without something like that leading to a major fuss now because Littler is still establishing himself on the circuit. If and when they meet each other as equals, meaning both of them are in the very top portion of the rankings, one could see the outcome being quite different.

Luke Littler won his first PL night beating Humphries , MVG, Wright and Aspinall on the way.

    Congratulations to him.

    Impressive run.

Good to see Aspinall play himself into form throughout the premier league. Seems a top bloke

Littler was great though as you’ve said and glad to see him get his first premier league win!

littler just needs to learn that winning is more fun than throwing show off shots and losing.

thst grinding someone to paste is far more fun.

Once he gets that machine attitude to go with the ability he will really put a mark down

He's throwing show off shots and losing? He won last two Prem nights and has won three PDC tournaments this year already, if that's losing? I want to be a loser:laugh: I don't want to see a machine either, Littler's travelling around the board makes him great to watch.
I sense more gobshittery inbound from MVG. Littler really is living in that massive dome of a head.
Littler hit 114 last week in prem I believe mate.

He has a style and he can just start doing things to keep himself interested thats all. He has the talent if he learns to be that machine to be phil taylor. a lot of people have won a couple of titles and cant sustain it.

IMo his next step is to be hitting 110 averages and above.

MVG is and absolute XXXX. cant stand his attitude.

If Littler is winning matches, titles and premier league nights all while enjoying himself and offering entertainment for the viewers then I don’t see the issue.

He’s 18 for christ sake just enjoy watching him
