Depends on whether you have a nuclear family or a joint family.

Been driving a year now - time to renew my insurance. Hoping for a decent cut off the price - no points, no claims, completely clean year. Here's hoping...

Despite all that..my first insurers quoted me a higher price when it came to renew for my second year.

Clearly told them to f*ck right off.

I'm coming upto my 3rd year of driving. Last year I paid £1300, last week they (Aviva) rang me up with a renewal of over £2000. Told them I'd look for my own, found a couple around the same price I'm paying now. Yesterday I received another call from Aviva saying they've got me a quote for £1000!

My 3rd year was £750. Hopefully in and around £500 this year. Finally moving towards reasonable prices.
