Another Megson type incident, Warnock gets libelous abuse hurled at him, everyone wants to believe the lie, Warnock gets done for it. Warnock might be a prick, but this happens all too often. Although Wycombe Royal won't dare admit it, it was your coaching staff that went for him first. But lets not forget Reading are perfect in every single way. Wally Downes is a tosser, and I should hope he remembers next time he appears at one of these stupid black tie dinner functions with Harry Bassett and co in our dear home city that his actions might just come back to haunt him.
I'm not condoning the actions of Wally Downes and he will deserve whatever punishment he gets bt Warnock can't continue to wind up the opposition and expect to get away with it: 1) He sarcastically claps Stephen Hunt for what? Going down when elbowed? DId he writhe around in agony? 2) Shouting at the ref and then doing an over the top kicking motion after the ref had turned away Those were inappropriate actions at a time when feelings were running high so it is not surprising someone reacted. And like I said it was a push in the shoulder by Downes followed by the same kicking action (copying Warnock) and a few expletives. Gillespie started it all, Warnock inflamed it a bit more and Wally reacted like a moron.
stephen hunt got away with it completely , he pushed gillespie to goad him , into the flailing arm , does that justify readings bench staff getting "wound up "at warnock hes not touching anyone , jusr remonstrating with the ref look we say gillespie deserved the red card just admit downes was in the wrong too or are you staying in marshmallow wonderland where reading staff are angelic
I got banned from somewhere else after "overcelebrating" promotion. I've been going for 10 years and have seen enough crap football to last me a lifetime.
The evidence is clear to see on Television recorded for posterity Wycombe Royal no matter how much you try and bend it to sugar the pill for yourself. He wouldn't do it against anyone else, just he knows that he can do it to Warnock and get away with it scot free. Warnock had a moan and was entitled to it. But 5 minutes after it happened and everyone was calming down a member of your staff came and tried to start a fight, will you get any action against because of it? Will you ****. Steve Coppell won't even admit his right hand man did something wrong, well there is class for you, but what would you expect from a team who's only moment in the national spotlight ever in all your glorious 4th division history is nearly crippling one of the best Goalkeepers in the world.
Can you not read? I will make it easy for you, please tell me if any of the below are not correct? 1) Hunt got away with nothing because he done nothing wrong (AGAIN). 2) Gillespie had to go, what a total tw@t by the way. 3) Warnock was wrong for two reasons, 1) clapping at Hunt (WHY) 2) Saying Sidwell Stamped when he didnt. 4) Wally did over react and will rightly be punished for it. Just another thought it may be hard for you but try this..... Wally sees NW clapping at Hunt which was wrong (agree so far?) then he sees NW stamp when Sidwell didnt so why is NW stamping??? I can see why he might think that NW was at it!!! breath as you read it might go in. If i am wrong I am wrong but that is my personal views.
