the game earlier was really good but looked like Scotland blew themselves out and dropped their level. the game now is tough. Ireland are absolutely wide open and time England go wide. there's tries here for England. Ireland don't look like they will trouble England's defence at all right now unless the line speed drops massively. that was a fair knock on though. imo this game is going mostly as I expected having watched both games last time out. Ireland are going to struggle massively for pace out wide and honestly this will come down to discipline now.
England line speed just has Ireland going backwards by playing wide. they don't seem willing to take it off the edge and try tie in anyone first. this is going to the wire.

Surprisingly great result. Did not see that coming after watching the last 3 games. Thought we’d lose by 15-20 points. World cup aside Ireland are the best team in the world currently
not off the last round. the game was very similar for ireland v Wales. England were very on on line speed in defence and disputed Ireland platforms at set piece. omahoney certainly lost the head there and probably cost them the game but they got the scores to nose in front. the difference for England was conversion rate when they got to the 22.
