Well done lads. Odd only 3 people had either of you 1st in their votes. I can't remember what order I had you both in but think you were my top two.

Even when the player in question had arguably one of the finest peaks of all time?

Sure, if you don't consider him as the best striker in the draft or even amongst the top ten strikers in the draft but to completely rule him out?

On the hindsight, I would have drafted differently. I thought the draft was about picking the best players with the club legend thingy being the add-on/bonus. If I had known that was the primary aspect, I would have picked differently.

It's not about the winning, it's about the taking part, right?

Well done to JB and Ollie! Once you made that double swoop for Matthäus and Vieira you were going to be very hard to beat, well played.

I'm disappointed to have finished so far down while AJ got second with the exact same formation. I think I overestimated how much others would weight their voting to club legends, as I only think his team really outshines mine on the left wing, LB, and CDM, possibly also RW unless that's the Lazio version of Nedved, I can't remember. I had probably the top GK, two club legend centrebacks, a Bayern legend and Chelsea's greatest ever in midfield, and the one and only Raul up front. :(

Not that I'm bitter or anything...

    I will claim that.

It was my only 'political' vote - I knew he would vote me last, as we generally don't get on, and he's always confrontational towards me. Other than that, I judged it entirely fairly!

    It's all fun and games.

I take in so many other things when determining the best 'team' though.

Plus I did it in about 10-15 mins so we could get the show on the road.

Well done guys. Who the FOOK voted aj's team last? That's the first draft where I've thought that some players have voted tactically tbh. Gladly the right team won.
