Always knew LEF was an enormous gimp but it's nice to have that confirmed. Get the sand out of your vagina, you complete pussy.

Well done, Joga and Ollie - deserved it. Cheers to everyone who voted me.

And I'm pretty sure I had Suffolk Punch 1st so nice to see him up there. Also, unlucky PG, no idea how you finished so low - really rated your team.

AJ, you obviously voted me last as I knew you would, but I'll take it on the chin.

    Ok, then I apologise.

It's all fun and games though, I didn't mean for it to be taken personally or anything.

You took it personally when you voted me last.

Anyway, it doesn't matter - the right team won.

    Dick move LEF.

I voted Joga/Ollie first over AJ only because Desailly was mainly a DM at Milan.

Cheers. I think Hummels probably let my team down. That last CB was always going to be a tricky pick and I bottled it and went for 'well known' over 'legendary status' (after consulting the mrs who said he was the only one on my shortlist that she'd heard of).

I still think I could vote ten times and have ten completely different orders!

    Well played Joga and Ollie!

I thought my team would be able to finish in the top 5, but there was a lot of quality in this draft so I can't moan.

I would show you my votes but for some reason I deleted the document. I think I had Suffolk Punch 1st.

    Two wins in a row!

Cheers lads, thanks for all the votes! 252 points is immense, good points cushion over 2nd, didn't even think we'd win!

We tried to make the most of our position by picking partnerships & making sure we had a strong core. Wasn't much fun watching loads of players go in between our turns though.

Great achievement seeing as you were last pick (thought I also did well with 2nd last) . Best draft yet imo. Every team was good, had to find crap reasons to downvote.

Yes, really enjoyed this draft. Thanks for your votes guys (even though not many thought we were the best team, the majority had us in their top three or four, which racked up the points for us) :thumb

Some serious quality teams in this draft - even the teams who came 18th, 17th and 16th could have won some of the other drafts we've done.

Thanks to Ollie too, we were a great team  We recommend all future team-ups to both get WhatsApp and chat between your picks

Should I create The Worst Player Draft thread this morning... or is someone else taking ownership of it?

It was a pleasure mate! Sad we never got to pick Roofie Voller though.

lol you took Kohler who we were definitely going for right before our go, & Joga was making a case for Rijkaard. Maybe we shoulda took Giggs before you did as well.

Great draft guys, a lot of fun. Very tough picking between some of the teams.

Very very happy with 4th position and thanks for the best defence award.

Yeah it was annoying in the past how peak Matthaus etc couldn't be picked, plus of course Maradona.

A little disappointed Gazza wasn't picked though.
