The fact the girl is still with him says a lot to me. Of course, he was stupid and his actions were unacceptable. But fans seemed to get over Tyson going down for rape pretty quickly (whether he was actually guilty or not is debatable granted) and Stan Collymore battering Ulrika Jonsson. What about Gazza battering his mrs? That seems to of been long forgotten.

Of course, Greenwood acted stupidly and unacceptably but he has not been charged for it, the girl is still with him and aren't they expecting a child? Add that to the fact we are missing such a player on the right then yes, despite maybe not being the most popular person, I'd have him back on the right in a heartbeat.

If we got a good offer (60m+) for Bruno this summer I would take it. We've put a lot of minutes into his legs in a short time period and he's 30 this year, it's starting to show imo.

 

Problem is, if we could upgrade our midfield and CB pairing this summer to control the game better, he is our beest weapon for unlocking defences. Rashford and Garnacho blow too hot and cold to be relied upon, and if Bruno was allowed to get on with creating chances and scoring goals, he would still do a good job.

If it's true United need to sell to buy this summer for FFP, and also true PSG want Rashford I say let him go.

 

If we got Rashford, Martial, Varane, and AWB off the books, could we realistically afford to replace them and bring in a 5th/6th signing?

Not sure we can sell Anthony, simply because he cost too much, so it might screw up our FFP accountint if we do get rid.

 

The problem we have is their wages, Rashford (£300k per week), Varane (£340k), AWB (£90k), Antony (£200k). Nobody with the ability to pay those wages will come in for them, other than maybe Rashford for the name etc. Thankfully Martial will soon be on his way though.

I think Ratcliffe seems to have his head screwed on as well, and I agree with you on ten Hag. I think we will be stuck with some of the high earners though as we cannot afford to subsidise wages of high earning players just to sell or loan them*. Maybe the Saudi's come in for a player or two though and give them a silly wage.

* I mean paying their wages a part of a sale or loan - I didn't make much sense there
