Phillipe Senderos and Joe Cole? Excellent business by Villa considering they are in limbo since Mr Lerner put the club up for sale. Two experienced players to add to the squad. Looking forward to next season particularly when Mr Keane shakes up the dressing room.
This. Can't see how you can be excited so far. I expected Villa to get some experience in but Joe Cole is hardly the best player to be bringing in. Sanderos could be ok. How are these two going to help Villa in your opinion. Villa fans I know personally aren't too keen and don't understand what Lambert is doing by signing these two.

I have no issue really with what you said. Just that I hardly think you are in any position to comment about Villa's signings when your club is without a manager again.
We are on a sinking ship that is listing badly these two players are just stop gaps, brought in the vain hope of halting the slide ."Excellent" letting Albrighton go and bringing in Cole ...Really! We need a buyer .Sooner rather than later now Randy has tired of his train set.
Your getting upset because you feel your club have done a great bit of business. But the truth is your owner wants to sell the club and stop his spending. So you have to players on frees. Why are they free? Because neither of their respective clubs felt the need to keep them on. Cole isn't the player he was. He's the type of player you need. But he isn't the Cole he was he will make the odd great pass but won't be changing a game anytime soon. Senderos has generally played second fiddle for clubs and has never been consistent. That's why people are saying they are poor signings.
What was with that massive Vlaar shirt flag? I know he's decent but I dont get why he's such a fans favourite?
