Formula One - **** yeah!

Rain is always the great equaliser, anyone that thinks Hamilton is finished should take note.

 

So from 4th in a 19 lap sprint, the Red Bull ends up 13 seconds in the lead? The speed of that car is ridiculous.

 

And then out in Q1 for the main quali session

 

I’m very much against sprint weekends but I can make an exception for this one. While red bull will dominate the race I’m just so grateful to see racing back at this track, absolutely love it

 

Lance Stroll rightfully absolutely fuming there that he isn't allowed to just drive into the back of the car in front and take them out the race

 

Even Lawrence Stroll must be getting tired of Lance's shit now, surely

I don't know what he's doing, where his head is, but all he has to do is worry about me in that situation, and he clearly wasn't. Let's see what he says in the media, but if he comes after me, then I'll say more..."

Ricciardo was even more enraged when presented with Stroll's radio comments, which suggested he blamed the Australian for the incident.

"**I'd slowly started to calm down, and then I was told what Lance thinks of the incident. Apparently, I'm an idiot, and it was my fault. That made my blood boil, because it's clear as day and it's also behind a safety car.** The only thing you've got to do is watch the car in front. We can't predict what the leader's gonna do. The race doesn't start until the control line.**"I'm doing my best not to say what I want to say, but f\*\*\* that guy. And I'm being nice, too! But if that's what he thinks..**."

 

Loved that interview Max also burst out laughing when watching the incident after the race

 

Yeah I saw that I've tried to cut Stroll some slack where others have laid into him but his reaction to the incident and the penalty may finally be the final straw for me.

 

Shame it was a boring race. Verstappen winning is dull but even behind that, the gaps were quite big.

Miami circus next. Hopefully Merc upgrades work and we can have Hamilton or Russel challenging at the front.

I know he's had a couple great drives but on the whole Stroll is so shit. He's only in the sport because of Daddy Stroll and it'd make my week if Riccardo said words to that effect publicly

 

I’ve seen worse races. Watching Norris hold onto P2 and seeing Lewis work through the grid made it somewhat enjoyable for me.

Always nice to see the RB 1-2 disrupted but Max is just going to take the piss again this season.
