I've just got back from Portman Road, I laid a old Town shirt by his statue.

Very emotional there, we had a two minutes silence and Keane and all the coaching staff came out and put down reefs and scarfs.

    R.I.P Mr. Robson

R.I.P Sir Bobby, one of few people left in football over the last 20 years or so that recieved nothing but praise and admiration from football fans.

The footballing world is a sadder place today.

It was when I left, around 300 people there all the club staff were out there and all the acadamy players arived with the coaching staff.

All the flowers are in front of the statue and along the rails next to it.

Rarely saddened by people in the public eye passing away....but I have to admit I really admired Sir Bobby.
R.I.P. and my condolences to his nearest and dearest.

Its a sad day for football.

The term 'legend' is banded about too easily.

Sir Bobby was a legend in everyway.

Rest In Peace Sir Bobby Robson.

Just got back from Portman road after taking some flowers and an old Ipswich shirt.

Was overcome by emotion of seeing his statue covered in blue and white items and all the flowers, I just stood there and shed a few tears. Not afraid to say it. Im a bloke and just lost it, I loved that bloke and i remember very well standing down the ground as a nipper seeing his fantastic side play teams off the park.

This day had been looming for a while but i hoped and prayed it would never get here.

To us Ipswich fans Bobby was ours, To the Toon Fans he was theirs but to be honest Bobby was everyones.

May you be at peace Sir Bob. Not many deserve to be called a legend but Sir Bobby Robson is a true football legend.
