They still had tens of millions of debt. They still cheated using financial doping to employ players they couldn’t afford. They were still guilty of tax evasion. They created their own downfall. This distraction story is something they knew about five months ago but they’re using it now to distract attention from elsewhere. The irony of Sevco fans trying to play the victim card after their club cheated Scottish football for years is hilarious. You can’t rewrite history.
They are going all in to try stop us winning 9 and 10. They don't care that there is a real possibility that it will sink them. It's a very strange mindset to have that all they care about is stopping us equalling our own record. I honestly think if you asked them if they would take one title and fold they would go for it. This news is old as you say so it's fairly obviously been pushed by jabba to cover something else. I see they also issued yet more shares. I'm totally convinced that they are being bankrolled by someone who doesn't want the publicity but all other clubs should be banging on the FA's door asking about FFP.
