Yossi to Spurs with that Roman guy coming to us? Hmm mixed feelings about that one. I like Yossi who always comes up with goals at vital times, but this Roman guy can be a good addition for back up to Torres, he scored four against us and with the players we have around him i think he would do ok for us.

    Another rumour about Aquilani

Alberto Aquilani's agent has said the midfielder will remain at Liverpool, despite an underwhelming first season at Anfield. The former Roma star had been linked with a move back to Italy. (the Times)

Pavlyuchenko seems a good opition for back up to Torres but ... i like Yossi and think he is a valuable member of our squad. Be a shame to see him go to another Premier League club and do a job there like we all know he is very capable of. We need players like Yossi in the squad.

One thing for sure is i am sick of having to lose a player to gain one.

You and the rest of the die hard Liverpool fans are also sick. But that's the only options we have at the current state, we can't add to the squad without selling. I remember the old days where we could simply add to the squad and kept the players we had in the squad. It's a risk to take, but with the lack of funds to buy a good back up to Torres, would this risk be worth it? Considering he's already played Premiership football and would be a healthy addition, i still would like a few opinions before i make my mind up on this one. I like Yossi but i also believe Roman could do a job as well.

Why are there now daily transfer rumours on the official LFC website? There never used to be.Is it because we won't be signing anyone under H&G,and the rumours are put on there just to appease the fans?:hmmm.

Ozil would be a good signing but I can't see it happening tbh, there'd be alot of competition for his signature.

Benayoun is too inconsistent for a staring berth and he seems unsettled so 9m for him considering his age would be a great deal for Liverpool.

Even though he is incosistent, what i like about him is when he comes up with the goals at the right time. But same could be said about some other players who are constantly inconsistent.

And as far as rumours being put onto the Liverpool website, it's probalies down to easing the fans worries that nobody is going to be signed, and to give us a glimmer of hope but just to be dashed once the window is shut, and no new players in the squad. :(

A back up to Torres is more of a dire need than any position Yossi can play in so if you look at it that way the deal seems well worth the risk. I would take the risk too but all i was saying is i, just like most, would like a player like Pavluychenko as addition rather than a swap deal.

We need the squad to grow and chopping and changing wont benifit us. We need options to turn games, players like Yossi can help us, I know we need cover for Torres but right now I am more concerned about keeping Torres!!

Selling benayoun would be a huge mistake
when played he has put in solid performances and is an incredibly hard working player
seems like rafa is going back to square one in terms of signings making some interesting xabi alonso like signings on the relatively cheap

NOTW (I know it's a rag) went to town on us yesterday. Not only are we losing Torres and Gerrard but also Mascherano and Yossi.:rolleyes

Sooner the better we get new owners and stop all this poxy press.

Done know about Mascherano and Yossi?

Think they are very much in the running to move this season, I'm getting a little pissed off with Mascherano though, delay after delay, i do think he pushing for a move to Barca again this summer, how long does it take to sort a contract out if he wanted to stay? The lads is coming across as mercenary, it doesn't take a whole year.

Another summer of "Mascherano wants move to Barca"

    PS: His wifes a bitch.

Mascherano might as well just bugger off to Spain tbh. Anyone would think he was a prisoner of war with the way he speaks about his life. Complaining about never going out and never doing anything, how him and Insua just look at each other from their windows, how Tevez never wants to come out and play. Maybe Javier's mum grounded him? Pity not all footballers are like Kuyt eh.

I love Mascherano as a player and would hate to see him leave just like any of our top players, but if he wants to leave then its for the best.

He either wants to stay or he doesn't ... if he does he needs to sign his contract and stop whinging and if he doesn't ... well do one as there is enough rubbish going on at our football club without some indecisive player playing games and another summer of will he or won't he is something i can't be bothered with.

Reading an interview from Masch the other night (SS, not sure what the source was) it doesn't seem like he wants to stay anymore. He talked about wanting to live in Barcelona and how not getting the move last summer affected him.

He also spoke of his wife; not leaving the house and being totally dependent on him.

We'll see, even if he doesn't go I wouldn't want him at the club to be honest.

Sounds like something from Mill & Boom book.

"Wiping the mist from the glass window, as they gaze cross into each others eyes from opposite tower blocks"

As for his wife..... the bitch told me to piss off in Tesco's in the City centre, one ugly f*cker.... can't speak English pfff.
