Rooney will probably shift out left and interchange with Tevez frequently, What a terrifying front line though. Berbatov, Ronaldo, Rooney and Tevez.

You don't spend £30m on a player to sit him on the bench.

He will walk in as our main striker. Rooney, Tevez, Ronaldo behind him? I wouldn't bet aganst it ;).

Rooney will go to the centre behind the striker. I doubt SAF would have admitted he has played him out of position to much and as a result hindered his progress if he wasn't planning to move him back.

    So who gets dropped?

As you know, like I know, Fergie is too negative to play all three (or four when Ronaldo is back) at the same time. So either way you've just paid £30million (be it Tevez or Berbagob) for a bench-warmer. So dare you criticize Chelsea for spending big again?

Whats that now? £30m+ for Berbagob, £30m for Tevez and £30m for Rooney...buying success if I've ever seen it.

Not a chance in hell he'll play all four, I mean where does he fit his darlings Scholes and Giggs (when fit) in there too?

    Berbatov ooooozes class.

To even suggest Keane and Berbs are on a similar level is quite funny. Berbs is good enough to play for anyone - Hence why the likes of Real Madrid said they were interested earlier on today, but it was too late to put a bid together.

Berbs will revolutionise the way we play.

But who cares: Rooney, Ronaldo, Berbatov, Tevez - Is there a better attacking force in world football???? I dont think so.......

Has anyone actually got a substantial argument to suggest Berbatov is on another level to Keane?

Yes, Torres, Keane, Gerrard and Babel :gotcha

For starters, add their goals up last season and they'd be closer than you think.

    And so does Robbie Keane.

It's gonna be a ****ing nightmare with you ***** arguing over who is better when they both scored similar amounts of goals and worked together fantastically.

If Keane is so good then fergie would of went for him instead of berbatov

Keane looks shit so far and will turn out to be another mediocre signing that will be sold for 5M to newcastle in a couple years. They buy all rejects

As always though Brian, that money is a result of success.

I actually think SAF will play all 4 of them at times but they will also rotate obviously as it's a long season.

    Berbatov
    Tevez-Rooney-Ronaldo
    Carrick-Anderson.

People need to also stop seeing Rooney as a forward. We need to allow him to drop deeper and allow him to run about and do what he naturally does like he once did dictating games.

They (United fans) don't need it, you know he's a United player now, that automatically makes him the new Maradona  I can't wait till they're slagging the stroppy git off halfway through the season :thumb

Probably the same reason he passed on Torres. He isn't always right.

I didn't realise Berbatov was at Tottenham longer than Robbie Keane was...

Keanes a very good player. He just needs time to settle in. Berbatov may be the same. If i was a liverpool fan i'd be more worried about their wingers or lack of them. Babel has got potential. Wonder how Riera will fair????
