Could be. Has had a lot of injuries but has had a couple good streaks in there. 23 now so needs to have his career now.
Nah, not at all, he owes us nothing in truth, we've barely given him a look in, shame as I think he could be a very useful squad player. He's been here for 5 years, had several very successful loans but then just sent back out, he'll probably leave in the summer and end up a decent player. Could have been useful this year too.
Yea thats what i thought, he has realized his future lays away from Liverpool and if he likes it at Roma i hope they make an offer for him, I think that was there final game of the season so he'll be back very soon.

I'd heard some vague talk of Norwich being interested in taking him, nothing about Brentford, although that was before the pay-offs. Nothing recent yet, the line has been that he'll be given a chance in pre-season etc. We're due to lose Salah, Mane & Keita to the AFCON in January so would think there'd be minutes for him. Might be a pathway one, I think we're all pretty keen to see him in the squad this coming season as he's clearly prodigious gifted, but don't want his development stunted. Would guess anything with him would go longer into the window.
Hear similar in that you want to have a long look at him before making a decision. Norwich or us could be another small step up for him, although part of our recent success is by having a no dick head policy and some of our supporters put him a bit in that category?
Decent player, but from what I frequently saw last season I think he falls short of what it takes to be a long term Liverpool prospect. Reckon he'll end up being sold either to Swansea or a future club he's loaned to.
Mobility is an issue for him imo. Doesn't necessarily mean he can't develop into a top defender though. He's got some good attributes
Agreed, he can certainly improve. But there is improvement and there is the the potential to develop into the type of defender that will play more than a bit part cover for injuries at a club like Liverpool. I don't think he will get beyond that.
