    Nice looking motor Jay.

Couldnt have a new car in my street, the kids use cars as goalposts here, my R reg rover 100 is still serving me well.

Wish I could afford a new car. My 206's nice and plush on the inside how that I've given it a good clean, but I'd so love a faster car. Mine's so slow :(

I thought it might get me girls :(

It's not uncomfortable and, so far, it runs very well. Im chuffed with it.

Finance, won £2300 on the horses so stuck it down as a down payment and im paying the rest over 60 months

What was the price of it if you don't mind me asking? Just want to compare it to my Mazda 2.

Well I gave them my old banger ford fiesta which was worth about £50 and it means that this car was £2500 deposit plus £145.95 a month for 60 months.

It is dearer than a basic model for the fact its black, its a 1.3 CDTi diesel and its a corsa energy (alloy wheels, air con etc.)

Given the spec and the charge for the finance it's actually an excellent deal.

This is bulding a car to my exact spec on vauxhall's website. Given the finance charge is very hefty and the price on their website is the upfront price I think I've done pretty well

I agree, and a shopping trolly with a body kit and baked bean exhaust is a sure sign of an utter, UTTER prick.

Anyway, this might not count in this thread, but I got this last week:

I agree, if you're gonna do it, then atleast do it properly.

Nothings worse than a cheap modified car.

No, couldn't find a decent 1.9TDi [150] 3 door for under £9,000. Had to spend £55 on a battery for my current Astra today though, even Mrs End is suggesting it's time I changed it. :eeek

    PNEmysoul, you are absolutely clueless.

    1. You watch too much Top Gear and you take Jeremy Clarksons opinions as gospel.

    2. You forgetting the only pricks who drive Audi's are the ones who buy A3's.... on finance.

The A8 is a £90k car, no c0ck chav boy racer will drive one of them.

Don,t take any notice of top gear, even though i enjoy some of it.
Why spend that kind of money either on credit or cash when you can get the top of the range grunt car over here for the same price in $$$$$ ie 50,000 quid to $50,000!
I wouldnt touch 90% of jap or euro cars with my last choice on earth.
Mercs totally overated as are BMW.
